Cooperage: 60% once used French oak barriques and 40% Neutral French oak barriques. 

Cellar Life: Viognier and Grenache Blanc were pressed separately and cold settled in a stainless tank for 24 hours before being racked down to barriques for fermentation. Fermented in a cold cellar at 55F until dryness, stirring of the lees performed 2x per week. Barrels topped up with Grenache Blanc and bi-weekly stirring continued until racked and blended in March of 2024.
