Cooperage: French oak barriques, 35% New French oak, 25% once used French oak, remaining 40% was neutral French oak. 

Cellar Life: Grenache and Counoise were pressed directly to barrels with the Syrah racked off heavy lees before going to barrels. Underwent a natural Malolactic fermentation before being racked and blended in June of 2023 and returned to barrel for an additional 10 months of aging before bottling.
