Our infatuation with West Side Paso Robles Syrah continues with the 2020 99 Steps. For this vintage we sourced from the Fulldraw Vineyard to make this 100% Syrah wine. To create a stand alone version of Syrah, we used 50% new French Oak and allowed it to age for 18 months before bottling.
