Cooperage: Aged for 18 total months in 225L french oak barriques, 50% of which was new French oak. Tonellerie O, Ermitage, & D’Aquitaine cooperages
Cellar Life: Underwent a natural Malolactic fermentation and was racked in April of 2022. The vineyards were blended and returned to barrel together for an additional 11 months of aging before adding in a splash of Petite Sirah just before bottling.
