80% Grenache, 18% Syrah, 2% Viognier
The number Eleven is universally known to enter everyone’s life from time to time. Whether you look at the clock at 11:11 more often than just by chance, or happen to see it consistently wherever you go. It is said that if you are seeing the number 11 in this way, you are a person seeking balance. Seeking balance in your work load, seeking balance in your home life, and, yes, even in your wine. This blend is to evoke balance in all aspects of a glass of wine. The Grenache hails from the Adelaida District of west Paso Robles while the Syrah and Viognier come from the Willow Creek District. Together in perfect harmony, unaltered and a true expression of the places in which they came from.
A nose of savory prosciutto, sweet and candied watermelon, and dried cranberry leap into your senses along with confectionary notes of white pepper and raspberry compote. The palate showcases a fruit concentration of strawberries, pomegranates, and black cherries that is carried by a moderate and persistent acidity. The wine finishes with long and textured tannins.
"Amazing Suppleness and weight in the core. Silky and sticky berry fruit on the finish" -Doug Wilder, PDWR
